Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Cheques should be made payable to 'Weston Town Council'. Please note that payments via card will have a £1.20 charge added.
Discounts
Some of our performances offer early bird discounts and concession ticket prices for senior citizens (60 and over), children (16 and under) and students. All offers are subject to the performance so please check this before booking.
Postage
Patrons who require their tickets to be posted should send a stamped addresed envelope.
Resale
Please check your booking details and tickets carefully when booking as we are unable to offer refunds on tickets sold, but will try to resell those tickets that cannot be used.

Playhouse gift vouchers are available in £5.00, £10.00 and £20.00 demoninations and are valid for a whole year. You can buy these from the Box Office in person or call 01934 645493.
Facilities for Patrons
Access for disabled patrons and wheelchair users
The Blakehay Theatre has ramped access into the foyer and ground level access into the auditorium where up to four wheelchairs and companions can be accommodated. To ensure that we fully understand your needs, wheelchair spaces and companion seats can only be booked by phoning the box office on 01934 645493. The Blakehay theatre has a dedicated disabled toilet and a low level theatre bar counter.
Facilities for blind and visually impaired patrons
Guide dogs are permitted in The Blakehay Theatre. Please contact the Blakehay management office on 01934 645493 for more details.
Facilities for Babies & Children
The Blakehay Theatre has a baby changing facility in the Disabled toilet. Please note that prams and pushchairs are not permitted into the auditorium unless previously agreed with the Blakehay Theatre and a wheelchair space is available. These can be stored if folded in the theatre foyer during performances.
