

School Visits
At Weston-super-Mare Museum pupils can learn, in an exciting environment, about the history of the landscape, wildlife and people of the local area.
School groups are welcome but need to book in advance.
Adult helpers are admitted for free and we also offer a free preliminary visit for teachers.
The maximum group size is 90 pupils with one adult for every five children.
We have a meeting room where pupils can eat packed lunches in groups of up to 50.
They can also leave their bags and coats there safely while in the galleries.
Use of this room is free to groups but must be reserved when booking a visit.
We have a range of handling packs containing original and facsimile sheets for Key Stages 1 and 2, which can be used by booked parties.

We have hands-on activities in Clara's Corner and the Seaside Gallery and also hands-on areas and activities for under 5s.
